Alright, here's my idea for the said original character that you might possibly like... Or not. Nonetheless, I would like to hear you guys opinion about his ideals and concept:
The idea of the character is to build an anti-heroic character who is totally different from the "pure evil" antagonists of the Digimon series. This villain is also a human which would make the plot even more interesting. While his primary goal is world domination for both the Digital World and the Real World, his secondary goal is absolutely different in comparison to villains such as Myotismon and Apocalymon who only wants to destroy both the humanity and the Digimons. His goal is to kill the entire humanity and liberate the Digimons from those who possesses a Digimon as he sees this, in his point of view, as slavery.
Think of his ideals as N from Pokémon Black and White's ideal, his primary goal is to liberate Pokémons. However, he is also based off from Lance of the Pokémon Special manga. His goal is also to liberate the Pokémons from the humanity by killing the entire humanity until there's no one alive.
Like the Digimon Kaiser (Ken), he intends to take control of the Digimons, even by force if he has to kill the DigiDestined. However, unlike the Digimon Kaiser, my original character will firstly act as an ally/friend towards the DigiDestined until they reach the Digital World where he encounters the DigiDestined's Digimons. There he will be more and more antagonistic and psychotic.
His Digimon partner, while the Goggleheads and rivals attain an Royal Knight Digimon, he will attain an Royal Knight Digimon as well as time passes by. I intend on letting DORUmon become his Digimon partner so he can evolve into Alphamon. There he has huge plans with the power his partner has attained. You see, Alphamon's technique, "Digitize of Soul" while it usually fires a green energy wave, it will also be able to, summon an legendary beast from another dimension.
However, Alphamon is not only able to summon an legendary beast from another dimension. He will also be able to open an hole to another dimension so he can reach the center of the Digital World where Fanglongmon resides.
While having a brief conversation with one of the most powerful Digimon ever, my original character challenges Fanglongmon to a battle in order to "claim" him as his Digimon partner.
As Alphamon knocks him to unconsciousness, my original character will absorb Fanglongmon into an "special" DigiVice that is unique to him then summon Fanglongmon as his secondary Digimon partner.
Obtaining the ultimate power he has desired for many years, my original character kidnaps and takes Sora hostage in his empire that is located south-west of the Digital World and will announce to the DigiDestined that he will give them at least 10 days to prepare themselves to confront him. Think of it as Dragon Ball Z's Cell Games, Cell gave the Z-Fighters 10 days to prepare themselves for his survival tournament. If they don't meet up, he might possibly kill her or worse, appear in the Real World and use Fanglongmon's strongest technique known as "Taikyoku" to wipe out the entire humanity into nothingness.
