Whats the difference between being bearish and bullish on the stock market?

If you are bullish, you think prices will rise. If you are bearish, you believe they will fall. The terms are presumable named after the way each animal attacks. Bulls lower their horns and raise them high (low to high) while bears swipe with their paws from high to low.

Jika kamu sudah menemukan jawabannya, maka fokuslah. Berlatih. Jangan terpengaruh kata-kata orang lain (karena akan menimbulkan keraguan). Fokus. Lakukan terus sampai tak ada orang lain yang bisa melakukan hal itu semahir kamu. Setelah itu jangan lupa bersosialisasi. Dan jadilah pribadi yang baik. Harga produk darimana asalnya?

harga suatu produk itu terdiri dari berbagai komponen biaya. komponen biaya itu sendiri ga bs si pemilik yg nentuin sendiri dan jelas ada hitung2annya. hitungan apa aja? pasti ga terpikirkan oleh anda sama sekali seperti biaya marketing (bayar iklan, bayar konsultan, bayar 'branding', sewa dan desain tempat, dll ), biaya operasional (beli bahan, bayar karyawan, bayar transportasi, biaya depresiasi, dll), biaya finansial (bayar dividen, bayar pinjaman uang, dll). nah dari situ keluar harga pokok dan setelah itu diadakan riset, dengan cost yg dikeluarkan berapa harga yg cocok utk sebuah produk (dg benefit yg akan didapatkan konsumen tentunya). itulah yg menyebabkan tinggi rendahnya harga suatu produk (kurang sreg sm penggunaan kata mahal dan murah, yang bener itu mahal kalau harga tinggi kualitas rendah, dan sebaliknya)

International Trade

International trade is, in principle, not different from domestic trade as the motivation and the behavior of parties involved in a trade do not change fundamentally regardless of whether trade is across a border or not. The main difference is that international trade is typically more costly than domestic trade. The reason is that a border typically imposes additional costs such as tariffs, time costs due to border delays and costs associated with country differences such as language, the legal system or culture. Another difference between domestic and international trade is that factors of production such as capital and labor are typically more mobile within a country than across countries. Thus international trade is mostly restricted to trade in goods and services, and only to a lesser extent to trade in capital, labor or other factors of production. Trade in goods and services can serve as a substitute for trade in factors of production. Instead of importing a factor of production, a country can import goods that make intensive use of that factor of production and thus embody it. An example is the import of labor-intensive goods by the United States from China. Instead of importing Chinese labor, the United States imports goods that were produced with Chinese labor. One report in 2010 suggested that international trade was increased when a country hosted a network of immigrants, but the trade effect was weakened when the immigrants became assimilated into their new country.

The Marsh Chapel Experiment (a.k.a. "the Good Friday Experiment") was run by Walter N. Pahnke, a graduate student in theology at Harvard Divinity School, under the supervision of Timothy Leary and the Harvard Psilocybin Project. The goal was to see if in religiously predisposed subjects, psilocybin (the active principle in psilocybin mushrooms) would act as a reliable entheogen. The experiment was conducted on Good Friday, 1962 at Boston University's Marsh Chapel. [1] Prior to the Good Friday service, graduate degree divinity student volunteers from the Boston area were randomly divided into two groups. In a double-blind experiment, half of the students received psilocybin, while a control group received a large dose of niacin. Niacin produces clear physiological changes and thus was used as a psychoactive placebo. In at least some cases, those who received the niacin initially believed they had received the psychoactive drug.[2]

However, the feeling of face flushing (turning red, feeling hot and tingly) produced by niacin subsided over the first hour or so. Meanwhile, the effects of the psilocybin intensified over the first few hours. Almost all of the members of the experimental group reported experiencing profound religious experiences, providing empirical support for the notion that psychedelic drugs can facilitate religious experiences.

In 2006, a more rigorously controlled version of this experiment was conducted at Johns Hopkins University by Roland R. Griffiths, Ph.D., yielding very similar results.[3]

'Up until the 1990s, SLR was the most advanced photographic preview system available, but the recent development and refinement of digital imaging technology with an on-camera live LCD preview screen has overshadowed SLR's popularity. Nearly all inexpensive compact digital cameras now include an LCD preview screen allowing the photographer to see what the CCD is capturing. However, SLR is still popular in high-end and professional cameras because they are system cameras with interchangeable parts, allowing customization. They also have far less shutter lag, allowing photographs to be timed more precisely. Also the pixel resolution, contrast ratio, refresh rate, and color gamut of an LCD preview screen cannot compete with the clarity and shadow detail of a direct-viewed optical SLR viewfinder.'

Terima kasih atas penjelasannya yang cukup membantu. Saat ini saya sedang belajar materi perkuliahan human capital management, sekolah bisnis dan manajemen ITB. Seringkali materi yang diajarkan kurang begitu jelas atau kabur sehingga tidak mendapat manfaat yg maksimal. Apakah memang materi human resources itu sulit untuk dijelaskan secara teori? Tidak seperti finance atau operation yg materi pembelajarannya cukup jelas. Apa mungkin karena materi bersifat kualitatif yg notabene sulit dipelajari dibandingkan dengan yg kuantitatif
