I really don’t know what to think or feel. Ive been stressed for a long time now and it’s a huge relief of course but it just seems too good to be true? How can I trust them not to hold this over me? I can still say ‘im not trusting them, im going to pull things together myself if anything changes’ but then I don’t get the relief see? Then I still say ‘it’s all going to fall through and I have to delay my entire life for this’ and I don’t get any relief. The relief comes from trusting them and im scared to do that. Im still scared. Im scared that I do. I do trust them. I do feel better. I feel safer and im scared by it. What else am I supposed to do?

I’ll feel better in a few days, if they don’t immediately go back on it or start complaining or blackmailing me then they probably won’t stoop that low for a long time. All they’ve said so far is they don’t want me to feel less motivated to get a job but is that a threat? Why did they phrase it like a transaction immediately? Theyre already thinking about it. I know they’ll be thinking about it. I just handed them a gun and the finger twitches toward the trigger. And I wonder why I feel almost as scared as I feel relieved.
