Lowkey a little scared to try mesh replacements again due to their tendency to cause infinite loading lol, maybe one day I'll try again. So here is just a texture default.
Goes in your packages or overrides folder. Will conflict with any other default that replaces the same resource.
Tested and everything saves okay but let me know if there are any issues with it. Thanks!

This file goes into the UI folder and replaces the old UI file located in: C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\UI
This may conflict with any other mods that edit this file!
Create a backup before replacing incase you wish to return to the old font. Thanks!

Thank you and yes they are in Saint Greer! The lots they are built on are in the read me! The police station was built on 2 Jasmine Court and the nectary was built on 3 Plum Drive.
