So I’ve been watching All of Us Are Dead and while I’m enjoying it so far I realized something about the entire selfish-asshole-sacrificing-others-to-protect-themselves trope. Mainly: it is objectively moronic to to use others as a human shield in a zombie apocalypse. You are actively making more zombies that you are going to have to deal with later. I would very much like to see a story where this catches up to the asshole in question.
