I tend to attract this affection from much older men. there's a man in my building who I always have a chat to. the other night we bumped into each other in the lobby, I thought he was drunk but I think he just had a stroke awhile ago so its kind of hard to tell. he told me he drinks 6 litres of milk a day, I wonder if its because he needs a walking stick and he believes that the milk might heal him. Today I saw him in the street, he told me he would cook me a vegetable that none of us had the translation for, and warned me my leaks will be woody. I didn't have the heart to tell him I was leaving Paris in a couple of days. Perhaps I should leave him a small letter. I think old people like that sort of thing.
