my first draft frommmmm 2022? left, I was obsessed with wearing an all red outfit rajneesh style, and coincidentally pictured one of my best haircuts. Right a picture of the Australian truck drivers union in the 70's or something. I was working at an old grocery store alone and this old truckie would come in and talk to me all the time, for hours. he would bring me fact books to look at and his iPad to show me photos of his trucks. he was very old I wonder if he's alive now. I tend to attract this affection from much older men. there's a man in my building who I always have a chat to. the other night we bumped into each other in the lobby, I thought he was drunk but I think he just had a stroke awhile ago so its kind of hard to tell. he told me he drinks 6 litres of milk a day, I wonder if its because he needs a walking stick and he believes that the milk might heal him. Today I saw him in the street, he told me he would cook me a vegetable that none of us had the translation for, and warned me my leaks will be woody. I didn't have the heart to tell him I was leaving Paris in a couple of days. Perhaps I should leave him a small letter. I think old people like that sort of thing.
