Taylor heard someone speaking as she was hanging up the phone, “Oh, wow, I didn’t even notice. Thank you so much.”

“You know Jake from State Farm isn’t real, right? I think she’s just trying to do her job, but give me the phone next time and I’ll talk to her. Insurance companies can be hard to talk to if you’re not firm with them.”

Taylor turned around - hanging up the phone rather forcefully with the tap of her finger on the screen. “Oh right. Next time I’ll trying be more firm. They don’t take no for an answer.”
