Me and Silk from Freakstyle went to Utrecht today to photograph our three Poppedijns! They are genderless dolls of 28 cm tall, designed by Silk and me, hand cast by Silk and their outfits are made by me. Now it’s time to sort out all the pictures, but here’s a little preview for you ;)

I was going through my craft store scores* with my roommate, Kimberlee, when something momentous happened.

“I want one,” she said wistfully.  ”One of the dolls, with articulated hands.  But only one.”

I warned her that the phrase “Only One” is regarded as tragic last words when entering this world.  She simply grinned at me.  I warned her that I was about to post this exchange, because the whole community would giggle.  She told me, “Do It!”
