I've technically already coined this, but I don't have a good name for it outside of Welcomer (which is already a thing, and similar to my definition but not the same...), but could you make a flag for alters who talks to and helps newer headmates, headmates who have returned from dormancy or fragments to help them adjust to the system and find identities?
