Berry Greens Review (Day 4)
So Iām on day 4 of my daily Greens detox! So far, so good! Things that are good to mix with:Ā
Water
Juices (just gives it a berry/matcha flavour to it)
Iced TeaĀ
Iāve been drinking it after I get home from work so usually anywhere from 2pm-5pm. I love it because I usually starting crashing and hitting a wall around 4 oāclock (being up at 6am most days will do that), but now instead of reaching for that second coffee I just drink my greens and Iām good to go! Not only does it give me the same surge of energy as coffee does, but it has so many great benefits as well!Ā
