Kitty walked inside and she laughed a little. “Ah, looks like my room too. I still havent unpacked really. Kinda letting everything sink in still.” She nodded. Kitty sat down where there was room. “So I thought we could just go around town, see what they have around here. Praying to god a magical beach could show up.” She laughed. 

"Or you know…find a mall or something. I havent really been anywhere but the grocery store and stuff and I’m already running out of money." She sighed. "Definitely need to find jobs soon. Hey we should totally find a job together, wouldn’t that be fun?" Kitty suggested. She was talking the girls ear off as she waited for her to get ready.

Teagan smiled in agreement as she moved a box of books on to a table. "I hear that," she replied, adjusting the box so it didn't fall off by some freaky act of nature. She adjusted her red jeans so they didn't come down any more and bent down to adjust the top of her boot. "That sounds great. I heard there was some awesome hot dog place around here. I'm not one for hot dogs, but apparently, this place is really good."

She grabbed her black suede moto-style jacket and draped it over an arm. "I haven't checked out the mall, but having you as my co-worker sounds pretty damn great. It'd be great to know at least one person I work with," she added, her smile broadening. "Are you ready?"

Fast Friends || Kitty & Teagan

Kitty was excited to hang out with Teagan. She really felt like she connected with the girl and they had become friends really fast. Kitty felt like she could talk to her, and since Peyton wasnt really around much, Kitty turned to her new friend Teagan. They were both new around Lima so they had stuck together. As soon as Teagan texted that she was getting ready Kitty made her way to the girl’s place. Knocking on the door, she waited for her to answer. Kitty kept constantly checking her phone until the door opened. “Come on girl” She mumbled to herself. It was cold outside and she had forgot her earmuffs.

Teagan had been looking for new friends since arriving in Lima because of the new marriage law. Someone at least slightly like-minded, and she'd found that in Kitty. The two hit it off as friends instantly and she liked her. The idea of actually hanging out with her and going somewhere was a great one. Maybe there was something to this town after all.

She slid her feet into a pair of Converses and tied up the laces, grabbing her jacket and poking her head out the door. "Hey, Kitty, I'm almost ready. Come on in and warm up," she said, opening the door and nudging boxes out of the way with her foot.
