Cece, my Death Note OC!

She's still a WIP but I love her.. my baby :(

- Grew up in the orphanage alongside A, BB, and L. The last to leave.

- Used to be insecure about her ranking until she saw A break.

- Spoils and dotes on the rest of the Wammy Kids in hopes they won't ruin themselves over becoming L. (Failed)

- Gave some of her clothes to Mello before leaving the house.

- Resents L for multiple reasons, but considers him a friend at the end of the day.
