The Space Boy
The last thing Ledo saw was being sucked in the worm hole and Chamber freeing him from death. He never saw him again.
He woken up in a room that resembled a bedroom. He gotten up from his bed, rubbing his head. Where was he? He heard the door open and got his gun out.

Trent led him through the door and into a small hallway. Directly across from the room was another door that led to a bathroom. The end of the hallway opened up into a living room with a couch and a rather long coffee table. The couch had been pushed over to the wall so that only the table was in the middle of the room. Sitting on the ground was Mara. She had her rifle dismantled on the coffee table and was cleaning its individual parts. If she noticed them she didnât show it, she just continued her task quietly.
âLet me see your communicator.â Trent said as they walked closer.
âSleeping beauty woke up but he doesnât speak our language.â He continued. Without stoping her work she grabbed the small rectangular device and tossed it over her head at Trent. He plucked it out of the air and turned back towards the boy. Now he just needed to get him to talk.
âLetâs try this again, Iâm going to need you to talk to me.â He said as he pointed to his mouth and back at the boy.
He tried again. âWho are you? Where am I?â He kept his eyes on them.
{Language not found in database} a robotic voice said. Trent looked at the boy then back to the device. So he wasnât from earth at all.

After a few moments the boyâs first question was partially translated. The more he talked the more the translator would learn and the better he could be understood. At least that is how the tech heads back on the base told him.
âTrent. Mara. Who are you?â He said as he pointed to themselves.
