I have to say I did not think I would stick to this plan in my mind I was like okay Earline you will try this and in a week you will just blow it well a week past and I started to feel this change of energy just different few pounds falling off not hungry it's not hard to follow well may after week two my mind says to me you know the mind plays games with you at least mind seems to do so here I am at week 1๏ธโฃ8๏ธโฃ and still going strong.. Let me just give you a little background history on my health I was bedridden however, I pushed myself to get up and walk to the car to get to work to my desk and sat there and did a job in pain for over a year barely could walk to the restroom and other offices as needed for meetings without tears rolling down and medications to help me get through the work day because I had to work for insurance couldn't afford to go on leave for how long who knows then once the 8-12 hrs was done I went home took shower and in the bed I went did not even care to eat. So I could not go grocery shopping, could not clean house, could not go to school functions, could not go to church, on and on. After be on the plan and eating healthy, drinking water, sleeping better within (4) weeks I seen that the pain was not as bad as it had been was able to walk around the house started do laundry felt a little better on and on. I had been going to SNC in Gray for injections and treatment however, that was nit taking away the pain away at 100% as needed to function in life.... well as of today I was suppose to call back since the end of May for a follow up visit which I have not done because I am not getting no more injections or medicationsโผ๏ธ I am walking now, vacationing, shopping, working like never before walking all over our facilities, housework, spring cleaning, Facebook live of the neighborhood for the storm consist of walking, climbing the stairs at the river walk to view the scene and high water, driving on long trips as we travel. The first picture is the first day I made a decision to try the plan.....
