I don't wanna be that guy, but I'd say she can't. But that's more because I think its more fitting, since at times she has always felt insecure about being less than a toon and proving she's more than just code. In fact, I'd say she can't even sleep at all. More like she uses "Sleep Mode" to save her battery.

Thank you, I try to experiment with the environment and adding other toons to make sort of story. But I always try to add some random element that escalates the situation.
