iu diet modified start:

Breakfast: fruit of choice 100 cal and under

Lunch: choose 1: potato/small chicken breast/eggs

Dinner: choose 1: protein shake/yogurt

If must snack choose 2 each day:

Yogurt, graham cracker, small piece of chocolate, fruit, veggies, marshmallows, one slice bread, add more if thought of

SW: 117

GW: 112

once done do a low carb, low sodium diet

breakfast: one cup of grapes: 16 g carbs and 62 calories

lunch: 2 eggs and 1/2 cup grapes: 9.2 carbs and 172 calories

dinner: salad, spinach, cucumber, lemon, carrots: 5? carbs and 30? calories

dessert: 5 pieces of chocolate chips: 10 carbs and 100 calories

total: 362 calories 40.2 carbs

Workout:

10k steps

Yoga

Gym if asked

Try to burn 500 calories

breakfast: oatmeal (150 cal) and green tea

lunch: skip

Snack: dried seaweed (25 cal)

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs (210 cal)

Total: 385

Workout:

1 hour of cardio (aerobic and bike)

10 min ab

10 min full body workout

Stay on feet throughout the day

Total Burned: 300? (Idk it's an estimation)

Net: 85 cal

Don't do this please :') it's extremely unhealthy and I'm only doing it because I'm ill and think that MY body is disgusting. Everyone else's is perfect in my mind. Please don't take this as a challenge <3 you are beautiful no matter what size.

Chicken Broth: 5 calories

10 baby carrots cooked with pepper: 40 calories

Boiled egg and a piece of wheat toast: 140 calories

Tuna Packet: 80 calories

1/3 cup cooked rice: 67 calories

Quaker Oatmeal with cut up banana: 230
