You have space enough for all feelings: rage, insecurity, hesitation, sadness, longing, love, joy, heartache, and more. By neither pushing away nor clinging to these feelings, you can be in intimate contact with them and yet not be reduced by them.

Having enough space means that peace is always possible. It doesn’t matter what new feelings are occurring in this moment. So long as you can find that space, you will know the peace.

You have everything you need to be an emanation of your True Self. You lack nothing. The only true obstacle is that which obscures your own clarity.

Love is the attitude of non-separation. The more you access love, the less you feel separate from all beings. The less you feel separate from other beings, the more you feel loving.
