Hi! Here’s my introduction!!

My name is Cosmo or V

I use he/it and they when Tiny

I’m 18, my birthday is in February

I am autistic! I struggle with tone, telling if something is a joke, and how people feel about me. Please let me know if I make you uncomfortable somehow, I don’t get the cues telling me you are and I really don’t want to make anyone uncomfy!

I regress to a puppy and to the ages of 1-7, sometimes teenier if I have a caregiver!

I have a very lovely boyfriend!

Some of my interests are hermitcraft/life series (especially when regressed), animals (dogs are my spinterest!), bluey , Paci decorating, role playing, writing, reading, recently I’ve been drawing and sketching fursona ideas!

I’m very anxious when interacting with people and I rarely leave my house due to it, I’m trying to interact more online to help with that! I’m used to having 0 social media presence because of anxiety

I really want to start a pacifier shop someday soon! I’ve been collecting materials for a while and now that I’m an adult I have the opportunity and will likely do so!

-> Try to physically get the energy out. Run around, do as many push ups as you can or stay in a plank until you have to fall. They sound silly, but it can help get the tension out.

-> Allow yourself to release the emotions. Crying is okay, yelling into a pillow is okay- just being angry is okay.

-> If you struggle with being able to use nice hands on yourself or others, find fidget toys to distract yourself with. Stress balls can be especially good, because you can give them lots of big squeezes!

-> Create a communication card if you’re prone to lashing out at others. Instead of trying to engage in a conversation where you know you can’t be kind, prepare something ahead of time. Picsart can be a very good tool for creating simple cards like that!

-> Write in a journal or talk to your stuffies about any mean or harsh thoughts you can’t tell others- your stuffies won’t tell anyone, promise!

-> Identify triggers to try and avoid them, or find management for them. Writing down what upsets you can be helpful to reflect back on and learn from.

-> Always remember that you aren’t a bad teeny for having big feelings. It’s okay to be angry, to have tantrums, to not know what to say or do. You can navigate this- you are strong and valuable. ♡

First of all... what's an agere journal?

Great question! it's a few things really (or whatever you want it to be)

It can be a journal you can use when you regress, just so you can draw and do fun activities! mostly for artistic littles who like to make and draw :3 Or it can be a journal full of information on regression, specify your regression. listing stuff like what you do when little, your favoruite things, your boundaries. these are usually made for littles to give to their caregivers. or it can be both!

and still do

𓇼 first, try at taking a deep breath - like, a Reeeeal big one. inhale for 5 seconds - hold for 7 seconds - and exhale for 5 seconds. try to pay close attention to how it feels as the air fills your lungs and your torso stretches.

take as many deep breathes as you like.

(if youre thinking "taking deep breathes has never helped me before, this is stupid, i dont wanna do that" - thats okay, i get where youre coming from, but i really encourage you to try.)

take time to mull over a statement if you find yourself stuck on it, or having trouble repeating it to yourself. let the words sit in your mind for as long as you like, then move on to the next one
