Manga VS Anime: Atem traveled back to the Millennium World
In the manga, Atem's emotions are depicted specifically (surprise, panic) so even though the flying posture isn't very natural, the whole frame remains relatively cool and reasonable with the character's "get surprise attacked" state. Anime Atem was sucked into the memory tablet also, but he moved sluggishly like a tiny little frog being grabbed and thrown into a bin.
The drift through time doesn't feel like his limbs were being crushed and pulled away by pressure but floated through a vacuum instead, spinning like a top, flipping and splitting with butt sticking up in front of the camera. So embarrassing.
And I think no matter what Egyptian hieroglyph strips look much better than time fissures.
