“Either way w-works with me, which e-ever you prefer I’ll c-consider you by that.” He responded, rubbing his cloak a little and blushing lightly under his hood. “I-I meant the commonness o-of our names, but thank y-you for your kind w-words, Maka is a w-wonderful name in my o-opinion.” Xavier continued, “I’m not from a-around here, I don’t kn-know where I’m from t-to be honest, I c-can’t remember where I’m f-from. I’m a new st-student to the DWMA actually, j-just got here.” The boy answered, surprised that she was so intrigued by him. He was practically invisible to others, now someone was looking at him with a magnifying glass.
"Alrighty! If you want, you can just call me by a nickname or something like that. Nicknames are always easier and more fun to say, instead of saying their full name." she stated. It was true. She doesn't exactly have any nicknames either, so it'd be nice to have one. "Aw, thank you very much! That's very sweet of you to say that!" she replied, smiling at him. "Oh, I see. Sort of like amnesia? Well, it doesn't matter where you're from. It's a pleasure to meet the new student they told us about! I can show you around the area and the school, if you'd like." Maka maybe was a bit too excited, but she loved meeting new people.
