What is Tgirl Swag?
Tgirl Swag (trans girl swagger) is some wild shit tbh, It doesn’t really have a single definition and is measured mostly in vibes so it can definitely be difficult to convey to people. I feel like the epitome of tgirl swag, the face and poster child of it as a concept, is Marceline The Vampire Queen from Adventure Time (more specifically her flashback design from Distant Lands.) Now, does this mean you need to be goth or have an undercut or play the bass or be a vampire or be the literal daughter of the devil to have tgirl swag? Absolutely not (although those are elements that might improve your marks)
Tgirl Swag is not...
This is honestly much easier to describe. Tgirl swag is not a character or person you theorize or headcanon as trans. Being trans does not inherently mean you have tgirl swag, Blaire White and Caitlyn Jenner are good examples of trans women utterly lacking in it. Similarly to my last point, I don’t necessarily believe that tgirl swag is limited to a specific gender either. This is about their levels of trans girl energy, not their closeness to being a trans girl. Tgirl swag is also not a character or person you have gender envy for, it’s not always going to be someone you want to be like or even want to be around. There are a lot of nasty no-good dirty-ass trans girls out there and we- I mean they deserve some rep too! Lastly, tgirl swag is not always going to be the same kind of energy or type of person, we contain multitudes so please don’t assume someone doesn’t have tgirl swag because they aren’t x thing when a number of the posted characters/people are. We are a varied group and deserve to be seen as such
So now that that’s out of the way let’s lay down the law a little bit
Rules
You can submit characters through asks (pictures optional) but understand that not every submission will be posted, I will exercise my right to not keep up with every character submitted if I get too tired or busy
One character per ask (unless those characters act as a pair, e.g. Neo and trinity) but multiple asks are allowed and encouraged
Trans submitters only please. You don’t gotta be a girl but I do ask that you be trans. Guys, Gals, and non-binary peeps welcome
Don’t take this too seriously. Not everyone is going to agree with my rulings and this blog is all for fun and entertainment. I am a single person with single person opinions, please be chill
