Part I
Character Name: Ryan Tannehill   Â
Character Age: 24
Character Birthday: July 27
Character Occupation: Professional Football Player
Character Love Interest(s): Tinsley Carol (well, crush/finds her attractive really, not so much as love. Not yet anyway. That can change)
Character Best Friend(s): Scott Matthews, Aiden Michaels. Football fans and workout buddies usually turn out to be close friends. Women talk when they go shopping, men talk when they workout together.
Character Ex-Boyfriend/Ex-Girlfriend: Audrina Grant
Character Enemies: None as of yet. Mr. Tannehill is a bit too nice for enemies.
Character Secret: Struggles with trusting women because he has been hurt so many times by them. First a divorce and then a break-up with Audrina. He doesn’t feel comfortable around them nor does he trust them. He feels like they only date him for the celebrity appeal. He also struggles with comparison to other great athletes and the pressure really just gets to him.
  Part II
What is your character’s current struggle? Currently, Ryan is struggling to get back out in the dating game and meeting new women. He is still a bit upset over Audrina, but really wants to move on and find someone else. He cannot bring himself to go to a club or a party and talk to women. He prefers and feels more comfortable hanging with the guys. Or prefers for them to hook him up rather than he put in the work. He is also not content with his performance at work and therefore is overworking himself to be a top caliber ball player.
 Who will your character be spending Valentine’s Day with? With himself and his Xbox.
 If your character could travel anywhere in the world, where would they go? Back to Texas. Nothing feels like home after a rough first season in the NFL and in Miami.

Do you desire any connections for your character that he/she doesn’t already have? I like his connections as is
Are there any changes you would like us to consider making regarding to your character’s bio? I think Ryan’s bio is just fine. I wouldn’t change anything.
 What is your favorite thing and/or least favorite thing about our RPG? I can’t say I have a least favorite thing. This RPG is pretty great and I’m glad to see that more people have applied for more roles. My favorite thing though is definitely the maturity level and that it’s set in Miami because that’s where I live. And the variety of different characters that are available.

Personality: A shy, humble guy considering he’s a famous athlete on an NFL team. Raised in Texas, he has that good ol’ country boy charm, and is a real gentleman. Extremely athletic and agile, Ryan gives 110% out on the field. Â
Background: Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Ryan is a down-home country boy who is getting adjusted to the glamorous city life in Miami. He went to Texas A&M and was drafted to the Miami Dolphins in 2011, where he now is making a name for himself. When he was in high school football was his life. He played 10 games at defensive back his sophomore season. As a junior, he passed for 1,410 yards and rushed for 822 at quarterback. He took his team to the playoffs as a senior, passing for 1,258 yards and rushing for another 617. He had to miss two games due to a separated shoulder in the second game of his senior year. He also posted three receptions for 62 yards and compiled a 39.2 punt average with a long of 84 yards as a senior. He received second-team District 4-4A honors for both his junior and senior seasons.
Ryan got accepted at Texas A&M where he continued to play football. He expressed desire at becoming the starting quarterback, but his Coach felt he was better at being a receiver. Maintaining a positive attitude he continued to compete for the quarterback position each year. It wasn’t until 2010 on the Aggies that he saw extensive action at quarterbacking during a Kansas game, splitting time with starter Jerrod Johnson. Tannehill finished with 12-for-16 passes for 155 yards and three touchdowns. In his first career start at quarterback, Tannehill led the Aggies to a 45–27 victory over Texas Tech. He set a school record with his 449 passing yards. He also made a 33-yard pooch punt, his first career kick. Tannehill quarterbacked the Aggies to a victory over No. 11 Oklahoma, which moved the team into the top 25. He helped the team maintain the top 25 ranking through victories over Baylor and No. 9 Nebraska. During the Nebraska game, he punted twice since the starter was injured. He and his team defeated Texas to finish off the regular season. He picked up All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors.
In the 2011 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins selected Tannehill with the 8th overall pick. He was the first quarterback selected by the Dolphins in the first round since Dan Marino in 1983. Getting a quarterback position with the Miami Dolphins was a dream come true for him. Even though he had to pack up and move to Miami, leaving his hometown of Texas behind, Ryan was more than happy to oblige. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology, originally planning to become an orthopedic surgeon. It is also where he met his ex-wife Lauren Tannehill, whom he divorced after he found out she was cheating on him. Ryan had been devastated but there was no way he could continue in a marriage based on lies and betrayal. He instantly filed for divorced and moved out, finding his own bachelor pad in the city.Â

Really? Only been to the beach twice since being here? We’re going to have to fix that, aren’t we? You’ll find that it’s easy to meet people here. Lots of people here.
Yeah, we have to. I think it's why I still have a damn farmer's tan. I don't step out in the sun. Training camp is in a dome. I certainly have met quite a few people. But it's the women. They're definitely not as easy to talk to as they are back home.

Oh, certainly. I've only been to the beach about twice since I've been here, and I live  right on it. And I need to get out to the clubs and meet someone. Loneliness is getting to me.
