“scott, i’m serious --” she waits, just a moment, studying his face before she continues. “it’s hank, we had a fight and now he’s not -- talking to me. and I just --” god, she doesn’t want to admit this, “ -- you understand him better, so....”

HOLY. FVCKING. SHIT. I never thought I’d get more that ten followers. I’ve had this blog since February… and this blog has become my most active, most beloved blog I have. Scott Lang means so, so, so much to me. I’ve been wanting to make a blog for this dude for sO LONG, TO. BE. HONEST! It’s just I wasn’t sure how I’d be taken in by the fandom– since at the time the movie came out, it wasn’t all that popular…. but since Civil War’s coming out, more people are taking notice and … I figured… HEY! NOW’S THE BEST TIME TO PLAY MY FAVORITE BUG HERO!!!
I’m so fvcking grateful for my RP partners and followers. I love every. single. one of you. Even if I don’t follow back, I love you. I’ll probably follow back if you talk to me, I’m pretty easy to be honest. Except… uh… it’s pretty hard to have a dash of 200+ people on my dash without getting anxious…. Pffffffffffff…. but hey, I follow like 100+ of you and that number is growing every day… because I’m slowly getting over that whole thing.

“He’ll probably either have a heart attack or kill me… or both.” He fidgeted and swallowed. The hormonal teenage bullshit was a familiar feeling that he did not want to relive. “I was hoping I could keep this on the down-low… we fix it together, yeah?”
“ -- You want me to keep it on the down-low? When Hank is probably the only one who can FIX it?” Eyebrows furrowing, she narrows his gaze, waiting to see if he’s honestly considered the implications of that. “You’re gonna be ten years old forever, Scott.”

“More like sixtee— not important,” he shook his head. He wasn’t exactly sure how old he was, but it was definitely younger. “Okay, so, sometimes I’m not good at listening…? And I was just kinda exploring… didn’t really mean to change anything… but, uh, yeah…” he cringed.
“You shouldn’t have been messing with it without supervision. For God’s sake, Scott --” She’d chastise him more -- it doesn’t seem like the time. So she bites her lip. Drops it for the time being. “Have you talked to hank yet?”
You grow up with people telling you SIZE DOESN’T MATTER, but in reality… size will always matter. It just depends on HOW YOU USE it. Size is all about perspective. It’s all about the advantages you have. When you’re big, or when you’re small… you have the chance to find the ample opportunities. Luckily, I can be the guy to say yes, I can go in this situation with a whole new perspective… So yeah…

He just sort of stood there with his mouth agape. He wasn’t sure how to explain his predicament, but he figured sounding crazy would have to do. After all, he made a dumb mistake.
“So, if it ain’t broke… don’t fix it, right?” He coughed. “Well, uh, I was just… y’know, playin’ around… and somehow the molecules in the suit got fucked up and now I’m a baby.”
“ -- what?” It’s the mention of the suit that gives her pause, eyebrows furrowing as she pulls her head up to study him again. Shit.
“Scott, didn’t Hank tell you NOT to mess with the suit --” Jesus Christ. “Oh my god, you’re like 12 years old.”

It all felt like a dream—it was beyond shocking to believe where she was right now. Just a few hours ago, the woman was floating in a void. No idea of how long she’d been there, or how long she’d be staying. Most of what occurred was a blur, and most of it seemed like a dream.
But there was no denying that she was face to face with her daughter and her husband. Though memories faded after the years, there was something in her that knew for sure. Now everything else? Very much foreign. The sun on her face, the very act of walking; somewhere in her past but still a bit foreign.
It had been about a day after her return; Hank had done who knows how many tests to make sure she was stable and healthy. There wasn’t much time for her to meet her own daughter again after almost 3 decades. As she sat on the living room couch, she peered around at the pictures on the mantel, soon greeted by the sound of footsteps that happened to be Hope.
“ -- Mom?”
It’s a FOREIGN word in her mouth. The sort of thing that feels wrong in her mouth. Mostly because she hasn’t had the opportunity to really use it in years. It’s ancient history now, really. A title she’d placed on a shelf somewhere -- it would fit into her vocabulary again eventually. It just needed to be dusted off. But for now it was awkward. Enough that the sound barely makes it out of her mouth. But it does. Quietly.
Jan hadn’t changed. At all. Looked exactly the same as the last day she’d seen her. Which was funny, really, because sometimes her memory of her mother felt fuzzy. Sharper when she looked at pictures, but out of focus when she thought back herself. Seeing her again made everything click back into place -- but it felt ODD somehow. Like looking at a museum piece that could speak.
God, was she relieved to see her though. It was like someone had lifted a weight off her chest. And off Hank’s. Somehow, she’d thought the sense of relief wouldn’t last -- but it did. Every time she saw her mother, it was like a breath of fresh air. It’s enough to make her smile, even if she’s not sure how to act. Not quite yet. She’s not a little girl anymore, even if she feels like it. “Everything -- alright? How are you feeling?”

“Don’t panic,” said the young male. “…but it’s me, SCOTT.”
“Yeah, that’s cute, kid.” She pauses, eyes flickering up only long enough to eye him briefly. “ -- Scott put you up to this? Shouldn’t you be in school? I think skipping is actually illegal now.”
