âare you still breathing?â
A cough rolls out of his chest as he sits up, his muscles reluctantly moving. His brows furrowed as he looks over at him. âLooks that way.â He grunts; and for a moment he wonders how long heâd been there. Had he passed out?Â
âHow longâve you been standing there tryinâ to figure out?â

Wanted Verses:
An amnesia verse. Frank suffered amnesia from the blow to his head. He wont remember his family, though whoever he is talking to in this thread will have to break the news to him. (Not sure how he will react in this.)
A comic verse thread with the Joker based off of this. (Iâm not really sure how to write it out, but I would love to plot with someone.)
Wanted AUâs:
In his walking dead verse, I would really like to have a thread where he is one of Neganâs men. Either by how I described it here, or we can plot to figure out how they met/why Negan chose him.Â
Demon AU (SPN)
Hunter AU (SPN)
GOT AU [Either as a man of the nights watch, or a hand of the king or something idek]
AND some f the icons I made, made me reeeeallly want a TWD AU where Frank is either a leader like Negan; ruthless and cold, or one of Negans top men. (so heâd still be pretty ruthless.)
Idk I need it tho

I reeeeeeeeeeaaaalllly need a single mom verse where a single mom moves in near Frank and he ends up helping her with the kid/s and he just gets all warm and fuzzy having a kid in his life again
I made the mistake of going through all of my blogs wishlists, and there are just certain plots that would only make sense with certain muses. And since I still want to explore those things without having to change my muse a lot, Iâm thinking about bringing Frank back.
Now, when I said âvery selectivelyâ what I mean, is that pretty much everything I already had going on will be dropped. (If you come to me with a specific thread you were interested in still keeping, we can obviously discuss it<3) I will delete everything in the inbox (itâs been in there for like a millions years by now anyways)
And I will be doing an unfollow/follow spree. That way I know everyone on here is still a mutual, and interested in interacting.
A few things to keep in mind:
This blog will strictly be using Icons [100x100], and gif icons [100x100], unless there is some reason why I would need to use something else. Iâm also okay without using any. This will just keep my pen drive from having 8 million things on it.Â
Still feel free to send in memes/IM me for plotting! Just because this is becoming a selective blog doesnât mean I donât want to interact! It simply means I will write what I have muse for, when I have muse for it.
My activity level for this blog might be very low. Donât get into something with me if youâre not okay with waiting a few days for replies.
Remember that I have gender swapped versions of all of my muses, and would also love to have some threads with them, too. But ff thatâs not your thing, no worries.
Okay well that was long, and idek how many people actively follow this blog anymore, but there ya have if folks.
Come back to us Frankie!!!!!
I reeeeallly want him to come back, because I looooved writing him. I think heâll come back once the show comes on netflix and I watch it tbh.Â
I miss you guys :((

*Cracks knuckles*Â
Frank doesnât sleep often, and when he does it isnât very sound. When you add the extensive military training to be keen 24/7 and the tragedy that happened to his family, itâs no surprise that he is a light sleeper.Â
Occasionally, when his body is just too exhausted to do anything else, he falls into a deep sleep that not even God himself could wake him from- but that is a very rare occasion.Â
He doesnât dream often, but when he does itâs of his family. When things were good for him, and the future looked more bright. He dreams of his family before he left, and came back a much more tired man. He dreams of the nights he would read his daughters favorite story three times before sheâd finally fall asleep, and the days where heâd throw a softball with his son. Itâs very bittersweet for him, because he would give everything to see them again, but at the same time, it opens that wound every day that he wakes up and they are still gone.Â
âIâll drive you, pleaseâ please donât go like this.â
âNo.â He growled, walking away. He turned back to face her, his pain clear on his face. âIâm done.â He spoke, his eyes desperate as they looked up at the night sky. His voice was rough, and his words came out in low grumbles. His voice broke like it never had before. He wasnât used to feeling this way; he hadnât felt this broken and gone in a very long time.Â
He ran his hand over his features, stopping at his jaw before he looked down, his hand dropping. He sat down on a bench, shaking his head, his hand trembling. âIt wasnât supposed to be like this.â
âi know this hurts, but you have to stay awake.â
Frank was on the ground, his eyes fluttering open and shut. Heâd never been this close to death; so close to peace. There was blood coming from his mouth, the shot, having left shrapnel throughout his body. It didnât hurt, nothing did. He was cold, but he was content. He wanted to accept it, he wanted to fade into the dark, but someone was shouting in his ear. Or maybe they were whispering but it was all he could hear as he tried to stay in the dark. He could feel himself being pulled both ways, and that hurt. It wasnât a physical pain, it was twisted in his soul. He wanted to let go, he wanted to be done. But he kept being reawakened. âLet me go..â He mumbled, blood gargling in his throat.Â
"Greetings and salutations."
âIs there something I can do for you, stranger?â Frank asked him, at his unusual greeting. He looked him over, assessing him. He held himself a way that he was too familiar with. Frank sighed and waited to hear him out.

#8. a dying kiss.Â
Heâd done his job, heâd protected her, taking the bullet that was meant for her, and taking the assailant out on his way to the ground. The other men running off scared, because no one ever thought the punisher would fall. He always got back up. His body hit the ground, and Karen had rushed to his side, holding him in her lap, begging. She was pleading with him to stay, this couldnât be it, it couldnât be the end. âKaren,â He breathed out, a hand reaching up to brush away her tears.Â
He could feel it, his body was going numb, and the blood was pooling in his shirt. His armor had been pierced, pieces of it in his skin, but it didnât hurt. Nothing did. He pulled her down to him, and gave her a long kiss on her forehead. âIâm okay.â He promised, his voice breaking. Man, he didnât want to leave her. He didnât want to cause her this pain. He knew this pain too damn well, and he hated that he was going to leave her here. âItâs okay, youâre going to be okay.â He was whispering, trying to tell her everything. âYou made me human again.â He choked a bit, blood in his mouth; he could taste the iron. His thumb was still on her cheek, his hand felt like it was supporting her head, keeping her upright. She was still crying and begging through broken whimpers.Â
It was breaking his heart, but he couldnât hold on, not this time. âI love you.â He spoke, his eyebrows furrowing as the words came out. âI love you, Karen.â He breathed ragged breaths. âYou gave me that. Iâm at peace now. You can let me go, itâs okay.â His last words, barely a whisper. He just hoped shed heard him.
âI canât stand to see you this upset.â
Theyââd had to outrun a herd, losing precious supplies that had taken them weeks to gather. Add that on top of his own plotting to find the man that had originally hurt Andrea, and you could say that Frank was, at the very least, unhappy.Â
He sighed, and looked out the window into the dark night. Nights, like every other aspect of life werenât the same. They were filled with a deafening silence, and an inescapable eerie feeling.Â
âWhat do you want me to do?â He asked her, the frustration, and pure unhappiness clear across his features. He ran his hands over his head, resting them there for a moment. He shook his head, and let out another exaggerated breath.Â
âWe go back in two days.â He finally stated. âWe need those supplies. We get up on a roof and scout it out; figure it out. But we have to get them back.â
â donât threaten me with a good time. â
They were outside a small shopping center, which inevitably was scattered with walkers. It was enough to make it a challenge, but if handled correctly, clear able.Â
It had a range of different stores, from bedding, clothing, and if they were lucky, some non perishable food items. âWeâre in this for a haul.â He replied, looking over at her, and looking back to the building.Â
âWeâll have to be as quiet as we can, taking them out, not to draw more to us.â He knew she was already aware of that, it just felt safe to state it. He pulled out a map of the small shopping center, heâd picked up from a convenience store theyâd looted earlier that month. He loved tourist towns for that reason; always having maps to any and everything.
He spread the map out on the hood of their SUV. âWe start at the east entrance; from our walk, it seems to be the least crowded, and it has a few escape routs if need be.ââ He started.Â
â Iâm a rocket scientist. â
âIs that what youâre going to claim?â He retorted, looking over at the man. âFastening an electric hover board to a scooter, and calling it a hybrid does not make you a rocket scientist.â
âI heard a loud crash and just knew you were at the center of it.â
âTo be fair, these guys asked for it.â

Is that what it looked like, Faina wonderedâgrief? The girls at Red Room did not have familiesâno one was left looking for them. Most of them, like her, were already orphans. Those who were not, but still deemed valuable enough to be recruited were made orphans. There was no one left to feel loss for them, nor was that pain accepted within the organization. It looked very much like pain, something she understood too well.
Pain and anger.
âIt might be better to find where their funds are coming from,â she said after a long momentâs pause. âStrangle them financially, their operations stop. More effective than picking off the expendable ones.â
There was a bit of bemusement that crossed her face, as he felt like she was analyzing him. It no longer phased him when someone did this, but he had wished he hadnât shown so much.Â
He stood back up, placing his hands on his hips, looking out into nowhere before answering her. âYeah, thatâs a start.â He quipped, dropping his hands. âBut just like this man, money is replaceable. Theyâll find another source. We cut them off, and then I cut them up.â He stated it as if they were working some sort of assembly line, as if it were so simple.Â
It would take weeks if not months of digging. At least in the mean time, Frank could go after the men transporting the girls, or trying to draw more in. He felt some kind of peace in that.Â

Karen nodded at his answer, a little disappointed if she was being honest. Sometimes when Frank slept at her place it was nice to know someone else was there. But she didnât argue with him. He did have a dog to go check on. âWell I am off tomorrow..Iâd like that.â She said with a small smile. She really did like dogs quite a bit.Â
âItâs a date.â He joked, before shrugging his jacket on, and disappearing back into the night, back home.Â
The next day, he was lounging on his couch with his dog, and the rescue heâd saved when a soft knock rang on his door. He stood up, still in sweats and a tee shirt from sleeping in. He opened the door, and smiled softly at the sight of Karen, the dogs perking their heads up at the sound of someone new. âEasy boys.â He turned and spoke gently, the dogs tails wagging like crazy. âTheyâre already excited to meet you.â He greeted her, walking in and patting the dogs on their heads. âThis fella right here is my Max.â He pointed out the pitbull, that was giving him sloppy kisses all over his face, tag still wagging. âAnd this shy guy doesnât have a name yet, but Iâm sure we will figure something out.ââ

Karen just sort of nodded, not really wanting to talk about Matt any further. She knew to be a good mother she had to make up Mattâs lack of fathering so she just tried not to think about his as much as possible. Her demeanor changed completely when Lily reached out for her, and she smiled as she took her from her neighbor.Â
âHey there, Sweetheart. Wanna go to work with Mommy again today, huh?â She asked, bouncing her gently on her hip. Lilyâs giggles got her smiling again, she could always do that. As much of a surprise as she was Karenâs whole world revolved around her now and she was perfectly happy with that.Â
âThat would be so great. Thank you so much.â She told him, going to get Lilyâs bottle ready. âUhmâŚIâm Karen by the way. I donât think we actually introduced ourselves last night.â She added, looking back at him.Â
It was a sweet moment, watching a mother and her child smile happily at each other; a sight Frank missed seeing. His heart ached, and yearned for his family, but now there was a sort of warmth in that place, too. It didnât make the bad go away, and he doubted anything ever would truly make that pain leave, but it dulled it slightly, and that was all he could ask for.
He hadnât realized it was possible, for something so simple to begin healing himself. The rampages he went on, while they helped him feel âbetterâ because he was doing something to stop evil people from hurting innocent ones, they never dulled his pain. Not like this had.
âIâm happy to help.â He replied honestly, nodding, remembering they had forgot to introduce each other. He laughed a bit before responding. âFrank.â He introduced himself.Â
