Powers: none
Hobbies: Aiden likes working with his hands, be it at work, fixing up broken furniture or hoeing the ground and tending for plants. All his hobbies are part of his work, outside of it he likes to go fishing and gambling.
Growing up with six older brothers could be called anything but boring, especially when while growing up his parents did have three more kids and he was able to also call himself a bigger brother. Aiden always felt like a big part of the family, a literal pack of twelve people. They always had each others’ backs no matter the situation and what was happening and he could say he did enjoy beating up a kid or two to avenge his little sister. He had some high standards to follow in school after the twins which seemed too much for the kid back then, not the brightest bulb of the family.
Aiden’s initial goal was to leave Greywood, like his bigger brothers, and go study somewhere outside of the city. This was a kind of a tradition from older generations of his family, very little of them remaining in Greywood past their teens despite their history in town going back to its settling. However, university fell out of the picture when he started dating a lovely girl from high school and decided to stay here because of her. Right out of school he applied for a few jobs, not really wanting to help out the family business. He was quite used to the morbid atmosphere that was the business side of their home, but he was not ready to study for it or be part of the organizing team. He worked at a café but the setting didn’t suit him well as he was too used to being constantly outside, having been part of the football team in high school and constantly wandering around the forest and mountains around Greywood with friends. He quit quickly and put in an application for the road crew, where he has stuck since. He was promoted to a supervisor a few years back, but he enjoys doing the work so doesn’t shy away from it despite being able to do so. Being out in all manners of weather and either cleaning up, filling up holes or digging down for someone’s pipes is a job he likes doing.
A few years after he started the job he put a downpayment for a townhouse in Wolf Crossing, moving in together with the girl he was with. At 24 he was ready to propose but she seemed to have other plans and without much of an explanation she told him she needed something new and left both him and the city. The blow of that broke Aiden’s heart and for the next five years he found it hard to start trusting another woman, mostly having a good time and enjoying their company without trying to do anything serious with them. That was until he met a woman who had recently moved to the city and he fell hard. He proposed to her a year ago, ready to start a family and thinking of selling the townhouse and moving down to Mystic Grove where they would be more comfortable once they started building a family, for which he was eager. He worked hard, taking up a second job for weekend mornings and whenever he could fit it in during the week, going up at the ranch to help out with cleaning and fixing what needed to be fixed each time. Little did he know, another blow would be taken before he could get what he really wanted. Six months ago Aiden caught his fiancé in bed with one of his brothers. This time it wasn’t only a woman breaking his heart, but a family member helping her crush it into the ground.
Aiden is now back into his old ways, sleeping around when he can and otherwise just hanging out with friends and family. He hasn’t spoken to his brother or his ex-fiancé since, while they both continue living in the same town, which can make some situations weird considering how small Greywood is.
