I took an online workshop from @meglyman.

It was a lot of fun and I learned a fair bit. I enjoyed hearing about her process and thoughts on composition.

Also she took an absolutely gorgeous reference. The skull has quite the odd shape and some really dynamic lighting.

I was quite fond of this piece, had fun playing with the lighting. Its also fun doing larger paintings, this is an oil painting on a section of those composite aluminum panels they use for big signs on highways and stuff. Its kind of slippery but its nice having such a stiff and smooth surface for painting on.
