In a performance for the Artist’s Soup Kitchen Curated by Catherine Clarke, Jess Dobkin, and Stephanie Springgay the artist boiled herself into a broth for two days with a selection of winter vegetables. The soup was reduced to 48 litres (the equivalent of her body weight) and served to one hundred people alongside a two-part video documenting the process where she performed as both chef and soup.
