It took a lot longer than Guew expected to get the herbs, but she finally made her way towards where Chai and was panting.

“I’m sorry…that took…so long…” she says in between breaths, her face and hands and feet covered in dirt, but she had a nice basket full of fresh and healthy herbs.

“Hey Guew, it’s fine hope it’s not hard just walking up here.” since they do live far from society. “I was just finishing washing some of the vegetables.”

She lets out a sigh of relief.

“Let me just go and wash my face and hands up before I help out then,” she chuckled.

“Okay, say hi to everyone if you meet any one of them.” he said grabbing some kitchen utensils.

She nods and goes to wash up in the bathroom, trying wipe off any dirt from her face and her hands.

Chai chopped up some of the meat while the fire is starting for the treat. “Hmm..what else can be a good side dish?”
