Idk who needs to hear this but customer service workers tend to be way nicer and more accommodating and willing to help when you're friendly and they like you. Getting angry at someone who is probably being paid below minimum wage and just following a script because they'll be fired otherwise isn't going to help, so even if you're frustrated and upset when dealing with customer service, put on your nicest smile and cheeriest voice and prepare to make reassurances and the occasional joke.
Remember that the person behind the counter or on the other end of the call is a human being who probably has way less power in your situation than you think they do.

Life has become indescribably difficult.
The prices of food, medicine, and basic necessities have skyrocketed, and even the simplest things that were once commonplace are now a dream for us. There are days we spend thinking only about how we will secure food, or how we will manage to survive another day.
Sometimes I feel ashamed to repeatedly ask for help, but circumstances are beyond our control, and after God, we have no one but your compassionate hearts.
