Day 3 of Moving EVERY day

I have slacked off since around April and I seem to have lost all my gains and my fitness improvements. So I'm at it again!

On Sunday I did Yoga. Yesterday I went running (I was so bad). Today I did a HIIT workout, which I felt that was impossible to complete.

But I'll get better. I have to do it, for me.
