#so many feels with this post #i picture this as post s5 #derek comes back to beacon hills but he doesn’t really tell anyone about it #and he didn’t come back because there’s some evil lurking in the corner or anything #he comes back and the loft looks like he hasn’t even left in the first place #there’s no dust and even the sheets look clean #derek stares outside the window and the wish of shifting to a full wolf and run around the preserve is very intense #so he does just that and he runs and runs until late at night #he comes back to the loft and doesn’t shift back immediately because he can listen to another heartbeat inside #so he enters the loft as if danger is right around the corner #the loft is dark and the heartbeat he hears is not erratic or anything #the familiar scent is what strikes him hard and before he knows it #he’s approaching his bed and shifting back to human because his senses tell him that he’s safe #derek stares at stiles lying in his bed so comfortable and… and like he does this quite often #a million questions pop into his mind but he can’t help but save them for tomorrow #he smiles fondly and goes to sleep on the couch leaving stiles sleeping peacefully in his bed #he will ask him tomorrow #;___; (tags via sinyhale)
