⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Vagrant’s Arsenal
Weapon (rapier and pistol), very rare (requires attunement) ___ This pair of weapons once belonged to an unscrupulous yet cunning fighter. If you are proficient with either rapiers or pistols, you are considered proficient with both weapons. The two weapons count as a single item for the purposes of attuning to them, and you needn’t have a free hand to reload the pistol if it’s holding the rapier. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with either weapon, as well as to any Charisma (Intimidation) check you make while they’re on your person. Whenever you make an attack with Duel (the rapier), you can use a bonus action to immediately make a single ranged attack with Dealt (the pistol); doing so ignores any penalty as a result of being within 5 feet of another creature. When you hit a creature with either Duel or Dealt and roll the highest number on the weapon’s damage die, you can force that creature to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, refer to the table below and choose which of the creature’s body parts to target with the attack, provided it has them: the creature then suffers the effect associated with that body part and weapon used, which lasts until the end of your next turn. Lastly, if you hit a creature with either weapon and had advantage on the attack roll, you can roll the weapon’s damage die twice and choose either result. 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Chromatic Obsidian Orb
Wondrous item, rarity varies (requires attunement by a spellcaster) ___ This dark, translucent orb has a twisting swirl of red, green, and blue inside. Cradling the orb is a twisted cage of obsidian. The orb is about six inches in diameter and can be used as a spellcasting focus. If you know the “chromatic orb” spell, this item also functions as the material component for that spell. The orb has a number of charges based on its rarity, as shown in the table below. It regains all expended charges daily at dawn. You can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast the “chromatic orb” spell from it, using your spell attack bonus. Wondrous item, uncommon ___ You can use an action to tie this ribbon in a knot and speak its command phrase (a Gnomish tongue-twister) while focusing on another creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. That creature must then succeed on a DC 13 Intelligence saving throw or be unable to speak or perform the verbal components of spells for 1 minute. The creature can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns for the duration, ending the effect on a success. The effect ends early if you or another creature unties the knot; it unties itself when the effect ends. A creature that can’t understand at least one language is immune to this effect. Weapon (dart), very rare (requires attunement) ___ When thrown, this dark throwing star is trailed by wisps of black smoke. This weapon has the light property, and you can engage in two-weapon fighting with it as if it were a melee weapon. If you’re a monk, it’s considered to be a monk weapon for you. When you hit a creature with this weapon, any nonmagical flames or lights within 10 feet of it are extinguished. This weapon deals an extra 1d8 force damage to any creature it hits, or 1d12 if the creature is in dim light or darkness. 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Sheet of Concentration
Wondrous item, very rare ___ “Sheets of concentration” typically come in small collections of 1d4 + 1 sheets. The sheets are blank when found. You can transform a sheet into a special “spell scroll” by expending a spell slot to cast of 4th level or lower while touching the sheet; the spell must require you to concentrate on it. When you do, the spell has no effect, other than to transform the sheet, which slowly begins to fill with magical runes and writing. After 1 hour or at the end of the spell’s duration (whichever comes first), the sheet is successfully transformed into the “spell scroll.” The sheet is wasted and becomes nonmagical if your concentration is broken before the end of that time or if you cease touching it. This “spell scroll” is special: only you can cast the spell on it, and when you do, it doesn’t require your concentration. A spell cast in this way ends early if you cast another spell in this way or if it remains in effect for 1 hour. ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Bolt of Inspiration
Weapon (bolt), uncommon ___ “Bolts of inspiration” typically come in cases of 5. When you make a ranged attack with one, you can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll. Hit or miss, the bolt then becomes nonmagical. On a hit, another creature of your choice that you can see within 10 feet of the target gains a special d4. Once in the next minute when that creature makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, it can roll that d4 and add the number rolled to the result. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use this d4, but must decide before the GM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. A creature can only have one d4 in this way at a time. Weapon (scimitar), rare ___ This magic weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage to any target it hits. While holding it, you can use a bonus action to speak its command word to cast the “flame blade” spell from it. This version of the spell uses the same attack bonus and ability modifier you use for the “scimitar of flames”; the spell ends early if you’re no longer holding the scimitar. ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! The Last Standard
Weapon (glaive, halberd, or pike), legendary (requires attunement) ___ This glimmering battle standard stood tall at the very end of a kingdom’s final battle before it fell to the forces of evil. You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. As a bonus action, or if you aren’t holding the weapon when you roll initiative (no action required), you can cause it to magically teleport to your open hand if it’s on the same plane of existence as you. You can use the following properties while you hold it. 𝘼𝙪𝙧𝙖 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. The weapon creates an aura in a 10-foot radius around you. You and all creatures friendly to you in the aura gain a +3 bonus to initiative rolls and can’t be surprised. If you have 17 or more levels in the paladin class, the radius of the aura increases to 30 feet. 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. You can use an action to cause a radiant, 20-foot-tall illusory copy of the standard to appear and stand at a point of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you. The illusory standard recreates the effects of the “magic circle” spell, centered on itself (save DC 17, normal direction only); you choose the affected creature type each time. The illusory standard remains for 1 minute or until you use this property again. 𝙐𝙣𝙮𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮. You can use a bonus action to bellow a magical rallying cry. ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Blood Pact Bayonet
Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement) ___ You must bleed onto the dagger as part of attuning to it. When you hit a creature with this weapon, it takes an extra 1d4 necrotic damage from the attack. You then regain a number of hit points equal to the extra necrotic damage dealt; if you have more than half your hit points remaining, you instead gain temporary hit points equal to the extra necrotic damage. You don’t gain hit points or temporary hit points in this way if the target is a construct, ooze, plant, or undead. 𝘼𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙭 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙩. While holding the dagger, you can use a bonus action to affix it to either a heavy crossbow, pistol, or musket you’re also holding. It takes an action to remove the dagger again. While the dagger is affixed to another weapon in this way, you can make a melee attack with the dagger while holding the other weapon. Wondrous item, rare ___ These cherry-shaped fruits are made of stone and are especially prized by xorn. They’re most commonly found near veins of magical crystal. There are 1d4 + 1 fruits in a cluster when found. You can eat a fruit using an action to become temporarily made of stone; any equipment you’re wearing or carrying also appears to be made of stone but otherwise functions as normal. For the duration, you have resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, and while you remain perfectly still, you are indistinguishable from a statue of yourself. Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement) ___ If you’re holding a different weapon in either hand and are wearing these gloves, you can use your reaction when you miss with an attack roll using one of those weapons to reroll it. You must use the new result. If the new attack roll hits, it deals an extra 1d6 damage of the weapon’s type. 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙚! When you roll initiative or as a bonus action on a following turn, you can choose to shout a challenge at a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. For the duration, the target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw the first time it attempts to move away from you on each of its turns.
