Creature Whumpee who is in hiding. They pass for human, and nobody knows they're a creature.

But one they day get injured, and everyone rushes to help them of course. Everyone is concerned, kind, caring. Until the question of how they got so badly injured arises. They locate whatever hurt them (maybe they got stabbed), thinking maybe there was poison on the object?

Except they realize it's just a normal thing. ...for humans.

Someone realizes that it hurts Creatures, and suddenly those concerned looks Whumpee has been gotten look concerned for a whole other reason...
