Sorry @samantha_jamie28 I still have vacation brain. This has been posted on thejaynelynnproject.weebly.com Thanks Samantha for sharing your story! Here is my story, thanks! Name Samantha Current Age: 22 Hometown: Glenview, Illinois Age at which started experiencing symptoms: I’ve always struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember but it became much more apparent in high school. Age of diagnosis: 16 Your experience with having panic disorder and the recovery process you went through I had always struggled with some form of anxiety but I thought that everyone got nervous at points and that my level of nervousness was normal. My first panic attack came when I was driving alone and I did not know what was happening to me, which was absolutely terrifying. I immediately started seeing doctors and therapists to start my recovery process. We started with changing my thought process and how I approach my feelings of anxiety and panic. What advice would you giving those who are still experiencing panic disorders? First of all, you are not alone, so many people struggle with anxiety and panic. Absolutely tell people and talk to people that you trust, they can help you through it and if they ...see website for full story thejaynelynnproject.weebly.com
