The final piece in my army, Vampire Countess riding a zombie dragon. I love this classic Tom Meier sculpt and hope I did it justice.

Photodump from the big Old World game this weekend. Triumph and Treachery is loads of fun
One of my buddies got me this picture framed last year for Christmas and it set me on a mission to recreate it with kit-bashing. Unfortunately I cannot source the original artist's name, if anyone knows who created this I'd love to know
UPDATE: this image was featured in the 5th edition Vampire Counts WHFB rule book (Likely done by John Blanche)
At the sight of these crimson knights, the few remaining townsfolk thought they were saved. Ortwin, son of Ottfried, threw open the barred doors only to be faced with more bloodsucking fiends.
Throughout the town, snow covered ground,
Which happened to muffle most awful of sounds.
A foul necromancer, as lithe as a dancer,
Arrived that night for kid's prayers he would answer.
The chimneys he'd bound, evil gifts all around
"Ho Ho Ho" and "Seasons Greetings!!" he sounds

After the wailing subsided, a shriek pierces the silence.
(Model purchased painted off eBay, just touched up the paint job and rebased for fantasy.)
The slaughtered townsfolk arose at the command of the necromancer. Their wails echoed through the brisk night air.
Through the darkness she swooped from rooftop to rooftop. The shopkeep Ottfried was not so lucky...
The necromancer and his band follow the riders into town. They scavenge for loot as they cut down all warm bodies in their path.
Hollow hoofbeats and the clatter of bones fill the air as skeletal knights razed the town...
Glamor shots of my retro black coach mid transformation. The old man has got a new whip
Finally got around to basing these Grave Guards
Krell is such a silly guy
Please! don't murder me!
