dni if: you have dyed yellow hair, shower more than once a week, use discord regularly, have ever used more than 20 layers on a single digital drawing, genuinely enjoy using acrylic paints, use body wash/shower gel every time you shower, read books regularly, have more than 4 siblings, have never had a pet, change your sheets more than once a month, dont have a security blanket, dont crack your knuckles, hate drinking out of plastic water bottles, like drinking out of metal water bottles, have nothing on your walls, like paper straws, sleep with less than 2 blankets during the winter, have never had to be tutored in any academic subject, always have your curtains open, or actually use a calendar and dont just have it there for aesthetic purposes

hey, from one plausible system to another, i promise it'll be okay; if you're right and you're sharing your body with others that doesn't take away from how much you need to look after yourself too. dissociative disorders are complicated, and different for each person, but you'll get through it and figure out a healthy way to navigate systemhood — you've got support all the way!
(and a PS: this is something i've taught myself to think when i worry i'm faking, if it'll be of any use to you? "Even if I was faking, what would it matter? I'm still dealing with this experience and there's clearly something about me that needs to be healed and loved, system or not, so I/we deserve support.")

i think im part of a system and im really scared honestly ive mentioned this before and ive seen it coming but like sharing a body with liek 5 other people is weird and confusing and its going to muck up my life a lot i feel like and im just like . . . its not that simple.
