I'm Hannah (she/they). This is my Cult of the Lamb side blog; I follow back from my main @onethirdofimpossible and I also go by that username on AO3. I'm in my mid twenties and I'm from the US. If you're here, it's probably because you've read my fics, but I've written many fanfics for Cult of the Lamb. My works are typically focused on narilamb or the Bishop family, but I go all over the place: whether you like to read multichaps or oneshots, rated G or E, shippy or not, angst or fluff... there's probably something I've written that you'll enjoy! I'm best known as the author of The Risen Lamb and the Fallen God (the old version that I wrote back in 2022, and the new-and-improved "director's cut" version that is my current wip!) and The Care and Keeping of Eldritch Gods.
If I haven't updated my fics in a while, I'M SORRY I recently started full-time work and also added TNRing/rescuing cats to what little free time I have lol
A few other hobbies I have besides writing are cooking/baking, making plushies, digital art, and playing flute!

How long have you been writing?
I've been writing fanfiction since I was in sixth grade! I wrote what was basically a self-insert pokemon soulsilver fanfic, entirely by hand. It took up four full composition notebooks and then some. However, I've only been posting my writing publicly since 2016. Even after that, I had a nasty habit of making a sideblog for any fandoms I got really into, then deleting my blog and sometimes orphaning my works when I lost interest. I've since learned my lesson, though!
How long have you been drawing?
Ha, uh. I got a digital drawing tablet in May 2023, and started really drawing as a hobby for about... three months, and then the school year started again. Between then and June 2024 I drew like one or two things. Constructive criticism on my art is welcome, especially as I learn!
May I send a fic/art request?
If my bio says they're open, you may, I think they're really fun! Depending on what does or doesn't inspire me, I won't take every single request, but I love requests because they give me excuses to try new things.
Do you write smut?
I've written a couple E-rated fics! My alternate pseud for fics of that caliber is remainderofreality. I don't write it very often, though.
What made you decide to start writing? What makes you decide to keep writing?
1. I had a creative bug I couldn't not itch.
2. Having creative hobbies and sticking to them has dramatically improved my life. I'm happier, I have so many friends it's connected me with, I get to see other people be inspired by things I make (?!), it keeps my mind active and playful, etc etc.
Do you have any suggestions for people looking to start writing?
Before you start worrying about the quality of your writing, the most important advice I can give you is to keep writing and have fun with it.
Don't be afraid of being "cringe" or not getting the engagement numbers you're hoping for (in fact, it's better to not have any expectations about that at all!). Not everything you write is going to cater to everyone, and that's okay! But writing (especially fanfiction) is first and foremost for fun and even though it's difficult and you will struggle, it should be rewarding and fun.

When do you expect to update your fic next?
Lmao god if I know but I'm working on my wips nearly every single day so I promise I haven't forgotten it. I'm a busy person! I'm a PhD student, teaching assistant, research assistant, and executive dysfunction haver.
Do you take commissions?
I don't, and I have no plans to as of now. I'm actually personally against writing fanfic for pay (copyright and ethical reasons), but for art I'm simply not experienced enough yet to be comfortable with that. However, I have TONS of friends who do take commissions so if you're looking for someone I can give you recs
May I draw fanart for you based on your fics?
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME I EXPLODE WITH JOY if you do please share it with me please please please. I will also likely ask for your permission to print it out and frame it (not a hyperbole, btw).
Fanart that has been drawn for me (based on my fics and sometimes tumblr posts) can be found in the fanart for me tag as long as it's been posted to tumblr by the original artist! (Currently working on going back and tagging them all-- many pieces that have been shared with me haven't been posted to tumblr, but if I missed something please let me know!)

Will Aym and Baal ever get into relationships once free and will they seek dating advice from Narinder ?
Aym and Baal will probably have relationships way into the woolhaven part of my au. I really haven't thought that far yet.
However- Nari's dating advice when they're first set free isn't the best.

I've never said it, but in my head I've just called my AU Paradise Follies, because the cult's name is Paradise and Follies, based on the foolish idea definition. I guess there is a play named this but I've never seen it soooo yeah.
I left both height and weight blank because I'm really bad at picking those.

For ages, I went with their age they are physically stuck at (mostly).
The Lamb might be closer to Chaotic Good, since they follow their own sense of justice and mortality a lot now that I think about it. Oh well.
a couple of days ago i was talking with my friend about colt lore and my half-asleep brain generated a weird theory/headcanon. what if the last lambs (yes i headcanon the goat as one of the lambs. kinda) are some sort of parallel to the holy birds? it's very hard for me to formulate my thoughts in english but i'll try
the lamb's whole life was ruined by clauneck's prophecy. they were cursed by the knowledge of what had to happen (kinda). plus they're both red and triangle lol. also clauneck is the first holy bird that we meet just like lamb is the first lamb that we see in the game. idk i just feel like the prophecy is a very important part of the lamb's character (not in the same way as the goat's) i'm not sure how to explain it
we don't know much about the goat, but they seem to be a much more aggressive warrior than lamb. if we assume that they're a god of war, then they're obviously heavily connected to weapons like kuudai
and yngya is. uh. i'm not sure how exactly to say this, but she was cursed by her godhood (like yes she suffered because of her disciples, but that wouldn't happen if she wasn't a god) and just like chemach she was chained and lost her mind. plus she was one of the chosen ones so she's kinda closer to godhood than the other two and i think chemach is kinda similar to her? in a way? like she was the one who somehow saw the mystic seller's realm and was supposed to take care of the crowns and choose new gods. also they're both blue 💙 and they both have unique crowns
it's mostly just a fun thought that i like rather than a serious theory.
I did the Lamb chart by @tidalfoam and @theonewhohyperfixates! Had a lot of fun doing this, but it definitely reminds me I need to redo my Lamb and Narinder reference sheets sometime soon LOL.
ENG: I imagine that ever since Narinder began questioning his role, the two of them buried themselves in the study day after day, diligently seeking out and researching books on death and resurrection. Thinking about how they must have shared their knowledge and engaged in deep, contemplative discussions breaks my heart, especially knowing how their story ends…
