How does... romance blossom in undeath? I've seen the way the doctor projects his feelings towards you - but in what world would we need to be in - to see the two together rather than apart?
The Gravekeeper eyed the train of Lost that followed in their ethereal line from her feet, continuous company. Her veiled gaze also lifted to the foggy Tirasfal forests around her for a possible unknown haunt addressing her. It was a peculiarly intimate question from eyes that were apparently closely watching her every step.
"If you were to ask most of the Unliving, romance is a rot that keeps the restless mad, or a pretty parody of words to have quite the chuckle at. For me, it's a well made epitaph carved to stone or marble. Or... the meaning of white roses. Beautiful and solemn all at once, because such things are not meant to last." She lingered on this sentiment in a long silence, gaze affixed to the Tirasfal treeline and cliffsides beyond with an eerie stillness.
"But for you," she spoke with the mockery of a smile that enabled the ghost of flesh to flow once more, "it quite sounds like you might find your world of romance between the pages of a book. I imagine I'll visit in Dr. VanDall's company again. He is my ward, as are many beyond him. I do admire his...candor, I suppose. He wears a body very well. Immaculate vibe, as they say. But charming poet as he might be, pretty words can't quite make a dead heart flutter again. In fact, his words are more likely to stab if he does not take more care in how he wields them."

Since I’ve been having a break for a while, and since I know this theme is always appreciated - it’s time for:
