Hi! Is there a way you can post just the Chika voice parts of the audition songs? I just came across your group so I don't know Sky's voice too well and can't pick out which part of the harmonies he sings. Also btw I love love love your group! 💕

I didn’t sing for all the parts we require in the auditions! Some are actually solos of other members. If you just sing the lead, you’ll be fine! Any harmonies you’re able to sing are welcome, we’re not looking for a specific harmony range for Chika, so as long as you can comfortably sing the lead, you’re good to go with the parts we assigned for the audition~! - Sky

We'll be live streaming tomorrow to celebrate our 1 year anniversary~ Like our infamous pizza stream, we invite all of you to buy yourself some cake and join us for a cake stream! Can't make it to the anniversary cake stream? Don't worry! We’re also live streaming right now as a little pre-party hangout to answer all of your questions, share some behind-the-scenes stories and to look back on what a wonderful year it's been! Anyone who's auditioning for the part of Chika: The pre party stream is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and get some personal advice from our cast! An Unfortunate Announcement

Dear everyone, To those of you who missed our recent streams, we had a pretty big announcement to make. I’ll try to write it down for all of you to read. Mewms is going to be taking a step back from 9 Mermaids. I wish I had a better way to put it, but I don't think there's a good way to bring sad news like this I have been talking about it with Mewms for a while now, and we've been trying everything we could to try and find a way for her to stay, but we can't keep it up without doing damage to both Mewms' wellbeing and the productivity of the group. We're all very sad to lose her as a mermaid, but besides a castmember Mewms is a dear friend to all of us and her wellbeing means too much for us to keep putting pressure on her with the deadlines and workload that come with being a member. What does this mean for the future of 9M? Of course 9 Mermaids wont be complete with just 8 Members. Similar to how when Thief left us in February, we have scouted a new member to make our group complete again. She'll bring a brand new sound to 9M, and I have faith that she will be a wonderful addition to our group. She has already recorded her lines for her first 9M cover, and she'll be making her official debut with Guilty Kiss later this month! We ask you to please welcome her with an open mind. <3 Why didn't you host auditions? The reason why we didn't host auditions was because, unlike with me leaving as Chika in the near future, we did not see this coming. Hosting auditions would take a lot of time, time we don't really have if we want to keep up with our schedule. Chika's auditions have been scheduled in since the beginning of 9 Mermaids, since we knew they were going to have to happen. In addition, we did not want to turn this situation into a spectacle, because it just wouldn't feel right to "replace" Mewms like that. We hope you understand! Mewms has written you all a letter to explain a bit more about what's going on. For the sake of her privacy we ask of you to please refrain from asking for more details on her situation. Please trust me when I say that Mewms is one of the most hard-working people that I know, and that she wouldn't be making this decision if it wasn't absolutely necessary. If you have a message for Mewms, feel free to submit it here. We will be collecting all your messages and artwork into a video for Mewms, so please help us show her how loved she is! Thank you for everything Mewms, 9M wouldn't be where we are today without you! We love you! - Sky
