New York's screening already happened in mid-August. The recording will be shown in Bangkok on November 11, San Francisco on November 16th, and Los Angeles on November 17th. Paris is not yet determined. Please visit the link in the title and click "Venue" at the bottom for venues and links to purchase tickets.
JaME (US) is holding a concert for tickets at the California locations
Rant time. Pacific Media Expo announced their musical guests. Unlike other conventions in the LA area, PMX has remained stagnant over the years. If a young convention can successfully increase their attendance yearly (like A-kon did), their quality of guests they can afford increases as well. PMX is one of the few bands that actually started off with local music talent, grew to being able to welcome artists from Japan, then went backwards to hosting only local talent. For being a "Pacific Media" convention, they put almost no focus on the media of the Pacific Rim at all - it instead seems to be a local niche gathering of minor fashion names, dub actors, and local visual-kei wannabes. Calling K-pop "Pacific media" is a technicality. Plus, PMX hadn't changed venues in years until last year, which apparently went so poorly that they relocated back to the old one. This also indicates stagnation. What a disappointment.
So far, the only dates scheduled are New York City, Toronto, and Ottawa.
Featuring JAM Project
Just a note: this isn't in English and is for the Japanese media. However, it is viewable overseas at 01:30 (PST)/04:30 (EST). As far as I know (I may be wrong), users do not have to be registered to view a live stream on Nico Nico Douga BUT registered users have priority. This means that if a registered user wants to view the stream, a guest user will be booted.
Guitar World also posted the press release.
This is in Los Angeles.
$15 per ticket.
Also playing: Capital, All Ages, Bay Area Girls. Free performances.
