Would fwu call fwurself a cis-system or cis-plural? I saw that fwu apparently do trans-ID tips based on fwur cis/tris/natal-IDs. โ the number 1 tip i give is FAKE IT TILL U MAKE IT !!! plurality is a very broad spectrum , start making up headmates and pretend to talk to them !
โ journaling helps to start off ! write down headmate names , pronouns , behaviors , front triggers , etc ! even if ur making them up , write it down !
โ we personally are a disordered system , however its not as easy to make yourself disordered . if you already struggle with dissociation / derealization / depersonalization , try leaning into it ! but dont hurt urself too much
โ headmates can be ANYTHING ! we're like 99% introjects of some sort , so dont feel pressured to have any kind of headmates or system

First off, CP is an outdated and incorrect term. The correct term is CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) or CSEM (Child Sexual Exploitation Material). Also, these terms are only for real children, not fictional ones.
