20.05.2026 I need to vibe confidence and positive energies about myself and my interview. What do I need to remember or think about? — The Devil
The Devil Themes - the illusions or self-doubt that hold us back - magnetism - earthly desires
1. The chains around my neck that bind me to the deveil are an illusion (Banish imposter syndrome!)
If you look at the images on The Devil card, the chains are actually a bit loose! So that means... the people with the chains on could take them off at any time.
what to remember: the doubt, the low self-esteem thinking, anxiety, "imposter syndrome" is an illusion. I don't to be chained to the past. I can forge a brand-new future. I can lift those chains over my head and walk into that room completely free. I am qualified to be there! I got an interview! I am legitimate! I am worth something! Fumbling my words a little doesn't mean I'm any less than. I've been practising now a bit with the STAR method and other interview questions so I can feel a little at ease now!
2. Own my magnetism and personal power
The Devil represents intense charisma, magnetism, and raw unapologetic power. People are drawn to this energy.
what to remember: Be bold. Don't shrink myself for others comfort (this is the actual me!!!!). Own my achievements, skills, and unique personality! Channel a healthy 'devil' energy by knowing my worth, holding eye contact, and speaking with quiet authority (truly me!). Use my captivating presence, plz.
3. Embrace your ambition
Because The Devil is tied to the physical and material world (money, career, success) it is a reminder that it is entirely okay to want this job and the success that comes with it.
what to remember: Show them you are driven, that you want to succeed in the material world, and that you are ready to conquer the tasks they give you. Employers love candidates who are hungry and motivated!
4. Last but not least: Don't try to be perfect
The Devel is connected to our shadow side - the parts we try to hide (but luckily I'm okay about showing these sides - but better to wait until I have the job).
what to remember: The Devil reminds you that authenticity is much more magnetic than perfection. If they ask about a weakness or a past failure, own it confidently. All of these stepping stones are about building resilience.
My pre-interview mantra: "I am unchaining myself from self-doubt. I am a magnetic, capable, and driven professional. I embrace my ambition, I know my worth, and I fully own my power I bring into the room"
