I don't know what to title this post

My 30 days are up.

A month ago I made this tumblr (when I already had one)...really what I was doing was running away

Because I needed a break mostly from pre-S7 SPN spoilery, speculation & angst (oh my)

It's been a good break.

More therapeutic than I could have imagined. 

Thanks to the awesome people that followed me here & the Doctor Who fandom that I am now even more in love with!

But we're getting down to the last 24 hours before the Supernatural S7 premiere   

And I miss being holyhandgrenade- lots more than I thought I would

Not gonna delete this tumblr but after tonight I won't be posting here

Preserved Transparent Animals by Iori Tomita

These see-through critters are preserved in jars and injected with amazing technicolor enzymes to make them all glow-y. Break it down, Science: “Tomita uses an enzyme to dissolve the natural proteins in the flesh. He then injects red dyes into the harder bones and blue dyes into the softer cartilage, thus highlighting usually unseen internal structures. The dead creature is then preserved in a jar of glycerin”. You can even buy miniature versions of these… in Japan.
