Had a conversation with a friend who is a female entrepreneur. Rough job. Being a CEO is a position that does not;t leave a lot of room for self-doubt, at least certainly not publicly. She cries at home alone, sometimes. She has a pedigree and a fiance and a great job and lots of friends and yet the pressure really gets to her. What to make of this?
