These are my at home go tos, I’ll pick 4 from abs and hips and do 4 sets of them
Hip dips is a focus area of mine bc I have big hip bones so when I don’t work on my legs and hips the bone sticks out a lot and it makes me look really unhealthy
Also bc In hs some girl would tease me about having no ass so I guess that’s also why I focus on legs and hips
You look rlly healthy! How did you lose weight? Any tips or secrets? I’ve been struggling with self image for a rlly long time and especially more now during quarantine. I lose motivation so easily and it’s such a struggle to keep going. I deal with a lot of binge eating just thought I’d msg you and ask for some advice!
I don’t really have like a routine I just make sure to do cardio twice a week, whether it be running, swimming, or biking. I do it for 30 minutes or until I get to 3 miles just depending on my energy level. Then I do Alexis rens ab workout videos and boho beautiful leg and butt workout videos twice or three times a week. I do yoga to tone up my abs and legs, I also use boho beautiful as videos for this. I also do simple weighted leg workouts like squats, lunges, jump squats, leg raises a few times a week with 40-70 lbs. As for eating I don’t eat any red meat and I try to stray from dairy but will occasionally have ice cream. Ever since I stopped eating red meat I noticed I don’t bloat as much and my face doesn’t look puffy as much. I try hard to eat three times a day. I’ll eat like rice cakes or oatmeal or a smoothie in the morning bc I don’t feel hungry usually. Then I’ll eat whatever for lunch and dinner. I try not to eat past 8. I drink protein shakes to makeup for my lack of meat intake. I used to also binge eat but I think I get better results by eating three times a day and keeping the breakfeast meal light. I also try to eat a lot of fiber to keep my metabolism up. I hope this helps! I struggle with my self image too, some days I feel on top of the world other days I swear I’m ugly and undesirable. I used to be underweight in middle school and chubby as a child. Hearing “gorda” as a child and then having people tell me I was “too skinny” in middle school really messed with my body image. So I struggle with sometimes feeling like I’m “too skinny” or not skinny enough :/ It helps me to just take care of myself on those days whether it be with a face mask or getting dressed up! Or even to just do like a quick 10 min workout/yoga video. For me, as much as I loathe cardio I always feel soooo good after, like I feel like I’m glowing. Which is why I try to do it twice a week because it’s like a reset for me I’ll post a sc of some the workouts I’ve saved
