i think about taylor saying âi went through two breakups during this tour, which is actually a lot of breakupsâ quite frequently it is one of the funniest things sheâs ever said to me

I donât think sheâs particularly putting more pressure on TS13 than usual. I do however worry that some fans are placing all the expectations in the world on it because itâs TS13 (and because they hated showgirl), and Iâm not sure how well that will ultimately end up, but thatâs not Taylorâs problem đ¤ˇââď¸
most fans will love it, a small but loud group will hate it and try to bring everyone down with them, but then come around later. i can predict everyone i followâs reaction to a taylor album before it even comes out at this point. so much of the discourse is not genuine that it feels simply irrelevant to me
do you think she's going to make ts13 ~extra special~ because it's the 13th album or will she treat it like any other release? the numerology stuff is always fun but idk if it's good to put extra pressure on something because it's her favorite number

she is! and she looooves her job - people sometimes say that she worked the way she did for years because she was running from something and will now slow down, but thatâs just not true. sheâs in it for the love of the game! and fwiw the way she spoke during showgirl promo about her understanding of this and how sheâs figured out how to manage it (finding ways to relax in a structured way, doing tactile things to wind down) tells me sooo much about her mental wellbeing these days
my favorite thing about being a taylor swift fan is that there is *usually* something coming within a year or so like she doesnât leave us hungry for long because she canât help but create!! i think about her saying over and over on the podcast âi just love it a lotâ about making music

I feel like she stopped signifying a new era with her hair about 5 albums ago. I do think new music is coming within the next year, I just don't think her hair has anything to do with it.
yeah she isnât really as tethered to the wholesale change as she once was. that doesnât mean there arenât aesthetics that are tied to eras even still - sheâs soooo skilled at branding - but itâs not like it used to be. this hair is just a post-wedding chop, even though itâll probably appear in the TS13 visuals.
Do people not realize that games are only 3 hours and she has a plane to travel on like why are some acting like she canât go to home games when itâs the easiest thing she can do in between working on the weekdays lol
