- I was lacking of ideas, the pictures did not turn out as planned. I work at one of the four restaurants down there, Pure Spirits; I’m a busser. My story was supposed to show the guest experience compared to the worker experience; kitchen staff, hostess, food runners, bussers, bartenders, servers, oyster shuckers, etc. Instead, I got a buch of empty pictures with barely people on them.
