I used to adore Ron Perlman simply because I find him to be a spectacular actor. He's brought so much life and depth to some of my favorite characters. Not to mention he's got one of the best voices on the planet. Now through the magic of social media, I get to see not only is he phenomenal at his job, but he's also an outstanding human being in general. His take no shit attitude and his concern for all of us whose voices aren't quite as loud or far reaching makes me genuinely happy. This is my small token of appreciation for being a hero off screen too.
