Deerhead collects little things they think are neat like buttons, rocks, shiny trinkets, etc. like a crow and sometimes gives them as gifts to people they like. Dáithí cherishes every one, you can pry them from his cold dead claws-
Dáithí’s tail is super soft and has a little fluffy tip at the end, Deerhead loves to cuddle it
Also, it makes a heart shape whenever he’s in love!
Yes. Yes, these two did storm Area 51 together.
Dáithí happy stims by flapping his hands, and he has a tendency to smile a lot when he does! I hope you know that it’s adorable asf
Fireflies like to gather near Deerhead’s room in theirs and Dáithí’s crackshack cabin, and they love watching the fireflies
Dáithí purrs when he’s relaxed! He makes a variety of animal-like noises but his litol purrs and chirps are the cutest 🥺
The two of them have a Minecraft world that they designed to look like a fantasy steampunk world! They’ve been building it for about a year and a half now, and they’re currently making a series of floating islands
They send each other a wide variety of memes at 3 AM, ranging from wholesome to just plain weird
During the holidays, Dáithí decorates his horns with lights and tinsel. In the same vein, when he and Deerhead first met, after the initial shock, they looked at him and telepathically said, “Hey, we match!!”
The two of them often take naps together! Whether it’s romantic or not is purely up to interpretation, but either way they just enjoy the other one being close to them.
Deerhead is the monarch of thembos and Dáithí loves them so much for it
The blanket fort in their cabin is up almost 24/7, and whenever one or both of them want to cuddle, take a nap, be soft, or even have a pillow fight, they can head on into the blanket fort
There are several secret rooms in the cabin, and Deerhead fixed up one of them for themselves or Dáithí to go to whenever one of them gets overstimulated. It has a galaxy light, a weighted blanket, some noise cancelling headphones, and a plethora of stuffed animals and stimtoys
I’ve mentioned that Dáithí has an Irish wolfhound, Rolo. Rolo is a big boi, super sweet and goofy, thinks he’s a lap dog. He always sleeps at Dáithí’s feet, if not on top of him, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s quite the handyman, and he built Rolo a little nook in a part of the crawlspace once ^^
Actually, the two of them have a lot of animals between them! They have Rolo, the random copperhead Deerhead found and named Noodles, the feral cat colony behind the cabin headed by a mean calico named Smoochie, a family of 6 raccoons living in their old drier, a family of wrens Dáithí built a house for, all the local humans’ pets, the nearby fireflies, a moth that likes hanging out near the kitchen window, the black bear that goes through their dumpster every once in a while, a random assortment of birds that fly by, a pair of possums that sometimes get into the garage, and a second feral cat colony who lives near the shed. They love all these animals to death, have named every single one (Dáithí can tell them apart by scent,) and feed them all every day (don’t ask how)
Deerhead is surprisingly cuddly, and when Dáithí’s not feeling up to cuddles, they have this long, long sandworm plush that they like snuggling with
The two of them have a separate freezer for snowballs, which they freeze every winter so they can have snowball fights in the summer. Sometimes, they’ll steal buy some syrup and make snow cones out of clean snowballs.
Dáithí often thrifted as a human, and he still likes going thrifting now. He buys every weird and ridiculous thing he sees at thrift stores, and Deerhead doesn’t stop him.
Similarly, Deerhead has a habit of buying sus shit off Craigslist, and Dáithí continually encourages them.
Every once in a while, they go to raves together, and Dáithí is always complimented on his “amazing prosthetic makeup skills.”
They both LOVE Halloween so, so much, they always decorate the house, spend several months preparing amazing matching costumes, and stealing full-size candy bars to give out to the local kids
Deerhead is surprisingly skilled at drawing, and Dáithí frequently tries to get them to draw him
Okay, I’m gonna be real: I ship the hell out of these two. It started as a sugar-fueled crackship, but several days of clarity later, I now ship them unironically-
Dáithí often steals Deerhead’s shirts and hoodies, and it’s so cute when he falls asleep cuddled up in them
Their song is SPG’s I Don’t Have A Name For It, and whenever they hear it, they get all mushy
Deerhead’s favorite memory with Dáithí is kissing on the living room couch during a rainy autumn night. Plus, they had stew and muffins cooking and it smelled really nice
Dáithí’s favorite memory with Deerhead is curling up in bed having a Disney movie marathon after having a snowball fight
Sometimes, when Deerhead has the energy to hold a physical form and when Dáithí’s demon feels nice enough to give him a glamour spell that’ll let him pass for human (which, knowing him, is not often,) they’ll dig up their fake IDs and go on short dates masquerading as humans!

Usually, Deerhead is the big spoon, but sometimes, they like to be the little spoon and get cheek kisses
They don’t do a lot of pet names aside from the occasional “babe” or pun on the other’s name, but whenever Deerhead calls Dáithí “amore,” the man absolutely m e l t s. Same whenever he calls them “mo ghrá!”
Whenever they sleep in the same bed, they hold hands like otters
If they were able to live normal lives, they’d get married and buy a townhouse in Vermont or Delaware, and Dáithí would be a paleontologist and Deerhead would be a forensic scientist, both volunteering on the side at an animal shelter and probably having a few pets and one or two, maybe three kids, then becoming the sweet old cottagecore couple who are still madly in love after all those years and sell jams at the local farmer’s market
They know it’ll never come to fruition, but they’re still making a wedding moodboard and perfecting their jam recipes ^^
