I used fresh coconut to make my coconut milk and added vanilla bean paste to my milk because I'm haute like that. Yes, I have to make everything fancy :)

I'm a VEGAN not a VEGETARIAN

Okay, the first thing I noticed on my journey to being a vegan is a lot of crap contains animal products in it! That is so crazy and frustrating. I however have survived so far. I have learned that being a vegan is really a lot harder than being a vegetarian. I also made my first batch of coconut milk and I will never buy it from the grocery store again. That stuff is really awesome.
